GBAVOID!!!!! Ordered before the new year on the 28th of Dec. It is now Feb. 20 and still no package yet. Tried to cancel the item and asked for refund, but no go. 2 months and no item. I can understand 1 month, but 2 is not acceptable. Avoid at all cost.

GBNOT a happy customer. Wish i had seen all the bad reviews before I placed an order with this company for a Christmas gift (order placed Dec 6 2018). Item didn't arrive for Christmas. Item hasn't arrived as of this posting. Maybe it never will. Is this company a scam? The site doesn't seem to have live people who respond to customer questions...much less actual tracking information. A few days after you order, they send an automated email that your order has shipped. But has it shipped? WHO KNOWS. Will it ever ship? WHO KNOWS. If anyone from My Storify actually reads these reviews...SOLVE THIS PROBLEM GUYS. It's pretty simple. Post how long delivery will take from china to the US or other countries. Make tracking information easily available to your customers. Get some real live people to answer the phone number posted on your website. You can stop all the bad reviews with a few simple changes to your customer experience. NOW DO IT.

GBWhere is my bday gift? I want a refund My husband ordered my bday gift over a month ago and they finally sent us an email saying our order has shipped. When my husband clicks on the tracking order link in the email-the website is no longer available. Now what do we do or where do we go from here?

GBNo no and No! I will admit I should've done my research before even ordering from a site I've never heard of but unfortunately I didn't. I ordered a hoodie back on 1/31 and as of 2/18 it's has still not shipped. And mind you I have already contacted them about this and though they did respond with something along the lines of it takes 3-7 days for the products to be manufactured. (I contacted them on 2/6) So after I got that message I waited another week to see if my item would ship and it didn't so I didn't even bother to send them another email asking about my order I just opened a case with PayPal for a refund. Because any legitimate company would ship your order in a timely manner without you having to constantly email them wondering when your order is going to ship. I gave 2 stars because at least when I emailed them with my question they actually responded back.

GBI ordered a picture from them and it … I ordered a picture from them and it turned out horrible. They took 28 days to deliver it and their return policy is up to 28 days so I can't return it.
