Glad I came to reviews Glad I came to reviews. Sounds like the same company, Etcy, I got scammed from. This person also has other websites. Sends wrong product to show delivery so they don't have to refund.

I would never deal with this company… I would never deal with this company again. I ordered a latch hook kit early in February as a gift for mid March. Tracking information was impossible. I kept in constant contact with them via email hearing every time that it was shipped. Nothing to indicate that it was. After asking for a refund by the end of March, I was told yet again that it was shipped, so no refund. Well it FINALLY arrived, poorly packaged, with loose yarn, the wrong color yarn and in one case yarn that was obviously left over from some other project and was too small to use properly. No, I will never deal with this company again!

Great quality kits! On my 4 kit for Xmas! Turned out beautifully! Their pillows are nicely finished that’s why a little high $$$! Yarn is super soft also! Only complaint is they have wrong size hook for 4 ply yarn! Small hook is for baby yarn! Been doing Latch hook for 40 years so had bigger hook! Took about 3weeks to come but nicely packaged! Luv this company! MERRY CHRISTMAS
