GBLeaving after many years... The App is flakey... Don't even try to upload short videos... the app stalls... Importantly these days there is no two factor authentication. After all these years I will be leaving once my subscription is up for renewal

GBShare your photos. Flickr is the largest photo sharing site on the internet. But only just. It is followed not far behind by Picasa. Photos can be uploaded to flickr from your computer, mobile phone or even email attachments. Downloading however can be difficult. There is virtually unlimited free storage and you can choose who to share the photos with.

NLI don't like to be extorted I don't mind paying for service. I do mind being extored into paying for services where a formerly free service suddenly threatens to hide and even delete your photo's of you don't pay up. All of this without giving proper notification (a single vague email in november) or a proper, fair timeframe for migrating away. I understand the current setup is not sustainable. That still doesn't give you the right to break your earlier promisses and treat users this way. Needless to say I've copied my data away and I'm really curious to see if they will delete my assets without any further notification.

PLSometimes it seems that flickr is staffed by idio... who think that by making unfavorable changes they can force someone to buy the paid version. In my opinion, this is total cretinism. -
