Awesome Team-Building Activity! We had a lot of fun doing Trivia with Anywhere League at my last job. It's very flexible to schedule a time, and it's a fun team-building exercise learning about what your colleagues know. Bar trivia can be intimidatingly hard for people who aren't into it. Anywhere League strikes the right balance of difficulty and being inviting for newcomers who haven't done trivia before. The season length is just right and organized well so that more competitive people have something to be serious about. From my experience, some of my colleagues were competitive, while some were just there to hang out. It's pretty fun either way!

Unbeatable team-building experience Anywhere League helped me build genuine friendships really quickly, despite working for an entirely remote organization that was spread over multiple time zones. Working together as a team, competing against other organizations' teams, helps build camaraderie and trust among coworkers who maybe don't see each other every day (remote, hybrid, or just in different parts of the organization); it's so much more effective than any other team-building activity I've tried. And because the topics vary so much, different people get a chance to shine at different points in the game.
