Michele made the interview process incredibly laid back and informative I loved my interview with Michele. I can understand how some people would feel anxiety or even a bit of apprehension about a video interview involving a real time reading for the interviewer. DON'T. Michele alleviates any or all the pressure you might otherwise feel. I loved how she emphasized we were simply having a conversation.
