Platform feeder with a dome This bird feeder is solid--very well constructed It will surely last a long time. I particularly like the adjustable dome, which disappoints larger birds when I want to feed goldfinches. It was easy to put together and had birds enjoying it quickly. I have already recommended it to friends.

Spectacular Product What an awesome suet feeder! It’s well-built, easy to fill/clean, and I love the clear plastic “roof” feature as it keeps the weather off of the suet, but does not interfere with being able to watch the birds. Customer service is spectacular. Friendly, efficient shipping, and well-packaged. It’s pretty hard to come by such great quality and great customer service these days, but this company offers both.

Lack of seller communication or resolution Item ordered 11/5/2023. Order finally delivered on 12/19/2023 and was broken when received. Seller was contacted 12/19/2023. No response. Website states response within 48 hours. Seller was contacted again 1/2/2024. No response. Website states response within 48 hours. Today is 1/5/2024. Website states no refunds after 30 days. Beautiful bird feeders I have 2 of their feeder , a double suet feeder and a beautiful yellow metal seeds feeder . They seem very well made. The suet feeder is made from recycled materials, very heavy , which is a plus, doesn't fly away in the strong winds we have here and I like the small tray it has. All the suet crumbs gather there and the smaller birds can eat those. The seed feeder is made of metal, it has a beautiful design , 6 feeding ports and my small birds like finches, chickadees are loving it.
