You wont be disappointed! Great buying experience, when we call Tract they answer the phone right away or get back to us within the hour. Product ships fast and is packaged very secure always. We have purchased nine rifle scopes from Tract and one spotting scope. Not to mention scope mounts, bubble levels and scope caps. We are active in long range shooting and enjoy the sport very much. Our long range scopes got a lot of usage, exposed them to rain, dust and had to put them away in very damp conditions. In the shoot houses where space is limited they got knocked around a good bit as well. Never an issue, scopes are holding zero beautifully and reliably. Some folk insist their scopes being better because they spend more money on them. We know ours are just as good on quality and better on cost. Thank you Jon!

Customer Service I was not happy with the scope I had on my Begara B14R, not being able to get it to sit far enough back to make it comfortable to shoot. I decided to buy a better scope I started to research different scope brands and came across the Tract models which had very good reviews. It was difficult to find the exact measurement on some of the different scope brands, including Tract. Late last Saturday afternoon I noticed the Tract website had a chat function so I asked a question on measurements not expecting a reply until Monday. I was surprised when I got a very fast reply from Jon and my questions were answered! I again used the chat function on Sunday morning asking if I ordered today when would it ship, answer from Jon came back "tomorrow". Ordered it and it was shipped when stated! Great customer service!!

Interest in your clients is your priority. In fact I have had little to do with your company. I have purchase one Toric 4.5x30 with lens caps. A year or so later a Torque wrench and recently a scpe cover and level. However on every occasion I have had immediate response to my questions and just as quick shipping. You are exceptionally attentive to your clients. Although this is how it SHOULD be, your company is a rarity.
