USI will never buy a different brand… I will never buy a different brand cooler again! Customer service is fast, friendly, honest, helpful, with accurate information about their product. Shipping was quick. Website was easy to navigate. Price is better then comparable products from other companies. And the cooler is awesome! I purchased the scout 22 quart in blue for my chemotherapy treatments I’m supposed to wear ice booties and gloves. It’s important they stay frozen for my treatments. I have almost a four hour drive and sometimes wait hours before I need to use the frozen gloves so the other brand I was using the ice was thawed by the time I needed them. This canyon cooler is unbelievable. The gloves and booties were still so frozen by my appointment I almost couldn’t get them on because they were so firm. As well as actually keeping stuff cold the carry strap is super handy, latches are sturdy and so easy to latch that at first I thought I was doing it wrong, the woven basket straps on top is super handy for carrying extra stuff, and as far as looks go it’s super attractive. People at the hospital kept saying how cute it was and wondered where they could find one. After just experiencing how cold it kept my items I was happy to share. If it’s important to you that your items remain cold: buy a canyon cooler, follow their pre chill instructions, enjoy icy cold items, and feel good knowing you made a purchase from a great company with awesome customer service. Will be buying from again and highly recommending to my family and friends!

USCrazy Fast Processing The website was designed well and easy to navigate. Not a super fancy design but not clunky and cumbersome to get around. I appreciate the product variety as well. It was nice to have several choices in coolers but not so many that it felt hard to make a choice. A couple more color options in coolers would be nice but I also recognize that would mean greater production cost. Lastly, these guys had my order processed and shipped within 3 hours of my order; not just a label created either. Less than 24 hours after my order it was already at the next fedex center en route to my house. Well done Canyon Coolers!

USIncredible Service and Support! I ordered two coolers for summertime rafting adventures. After checkout, I realized I forgot to add a Prospector 103 Divider. I replied to the order confirmation email asking if I could add it to the shipment. Not long after, the owner, Jason contacted me directly and said he texted his staff to make sure it was included before it shipped. That was all on a Sunday! It shipped Monday morning. Incredible! Small business with people who care, for the win!

USI’m extremely excited to get my cooler… I’m extremely excited to get my cooler as Ive done a-lot of research and comparisons to other coolers. Getting a good cooler is an investment these days so spending $300+ dollars was certainly pre-calculated here. ** What is a little irking is that I’ve been encouraged to write a review 3 or 4 times already about my experience with staff or whomever when this was a completely online purchase. One of the emails explained that they will prompt me on two separate occasions to write a review. In my opinion prompting people to write reviews is tacky and unnatural. If you have a good product, the reviews will come.

USGreat little cooler The cooler is great, bought the scout 22 quart just the right size for weekend, trips, day, trips, etc. extremely well built, a little bit heavy, but that speaks to its durability. I think all the personal tension from the canyon team has been excellent making sure that I’m happy with my purchase, and their warranty is outstanding.
