GBI purchased two high tier boxes an one… I purchased two high tier boxes and one bonus box and they Sent me two of the same identical boxs so I sent a picture and explained. His imitate response was to just say sorry and cancle my subscription on the spot not even asking me if I wanted to stay a customer. Hahaha horrible customer service

GBMissing in action screws!! Went to use my knife I received over seven months ago and noticed it was missing some screws. I emailed customer service on the 10th to see if I could get a few replacements for it. Nope, they just shipped a complete replacement knife!! That's outfreakingstanding customer service right there!!!

GBBattlbox is amazing! Battlbox is amazing!! Love getting the Pro Plus each month and seeing what new gear I can use for my adventurous life. Customer Service has been outstanding and responsive. The Battlbox community is full of like minded people and a great resource for ideas and to swap/trade gear. I really enjoy the whole Battlbox experience!

GBA must purchase! Each mission has something new with items that are necessary during outdoor adventures. I had multiple questions after getting started and all were answered by the next business day.
