USBandier loves Alice! We implemented Alice at Bandier and it was a seamless process. Our team loves that they can get an Alice card, or use their own credit/debit card for purchases and receive notification from Alice that transit / FSA dollars were spent. From an administrative perspective, Alice is a "set it and forget it" platform. Their team takes care of everything and is great to work with, very responsive!
