GBExcellent Customer Service Excellent Customer Service. I had issues with my order as shipping information was confusing. The service person at BeReelOutdoors responded to my questions and concerns I sent via email within a couple hours. I considered this extremely good as I was not expecting same day response, let alone a detailed response. Super happy with the product (Marine Stereo) as well.

GBOrdered fillet knives for gifts Ordered fillet knives for gifts. Showed more than three in stock but it took over a week for the items to be shipped. Items were priced very good and they did arrive but after the intended gift period. To be fair, they do mention to allow about 7 days for the items to be shipped from warehouse, so expect a week or more before the items are shipped and then allow for how long it takes the courier to deliver the package.
