Not good customer service I don't think the customer service was there at all.. says makes it easy to purchase online, but actually the opposite. Quick to point the finger instead of getting all the info. I will purchase local and skip the rudeness. Hardly worth 30 bucks savings to be given run around..

I've received nothing in the mail, nor have I been able to get in touch with anyone. I've sent two messages through their website and sent an email to one of the staff members listed as contacts on the website. I do not trust this business at this point. Revision: A rep. got back with me, apologized, explained the situation and refunded me within reasonable time. The situation pit a glitch in my tactical training schedule, AND I appreciate their efforts and attention. About to give them another shot.
