I placed my order and 2 later my order… I placed my order and 2 later my order was ready for pick up. Great ammo great price and the service was friendly and convenient!! Differently using Steel City Ammo as my go to for quality ammunition.

Customer Service couldn't have been better Had a slight issue with my order, to the tune of missing a box of ammo on shipment. I immediately reached out and received a favorable response within about a day or so. Totally understandable given the current market. Customer service was prompt and kind, easy to deal with. I follow them on Facebook now for updates and saw there Trust Pilot link. happy to leave a good review for an honest company! Thank you for doing what you do Steel City Ammo!

No BS, just a straightforward transaction Ordered a few cases of 9mm during their black friday sale. Within 2 days I had updated tracking info, and received the shipment promptly afterwards. No BS like with other "cheap ammo" companies. Very solid, no problems. 10/10

Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service. Great prices and good people. Always fast delivery and even faster pick up. Not my first order and won’t be my last.
