This thing works! I charged the unit up the day it arrived. I took it to the field the next afternoon, intent on calling up a hog and shooting him with my traditional muzzleloader. I saw a boar around two hundred yards away heading to some thick brush. I hurried to the area, quickly set up down wind, and turned on the caller and selected "Sow Grunts". In less than a minute the boar showed up, sneaking through the brush. It crossed an opening around thirty yards away allowing me to get off a shot. This caller works, I'll be after some of the big boars that roam this area.

I have not hunted with the call yet I have not hunted with the call yet. But, customer service was excellent; the app is easy to download and use; calls sound good to me. I hope coyotes think the same.

My case on my bullet caller cracked at… My case on my bullet caller cracked at the plastic weld. It broke by bad join point design and not misuse. I called support and told I would have to by a new case. Ok fine, it's like 20 bucks. Upon check out the cheapest shipping was 23 dollars! It's shipping to Houston. More for shipping than the actual part. The sad part is I know it's much cheaper to ship than that. All my friends own these and have had similar issues with the join cracking. For a product that really is promoted by other hunters, I would have expected more.

Great company and product. I purchased the Sidewinder call directly from Convergent for an excellent price. The product arrived quickly and good notifications were given on shipment. Overall a very good buying experience and the product is excellent. The only complaint I have is I had to pay $25 to use the app via Bluetooth. I placed a small Bluetooth receiver on the unit so I could place it away from my position and control it wirelessly. Even though the Bluetooth device was connected directly to the Sidewinder I still had to purchase the app. While annoying still not a huge deal and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I guess if you want to avoid this you will need to buy the more expensive Bullet call with Bluetooth built into the unit.

Everytime I have had trouble either… Everytime I have had trouble either support was able to help or have bullet sent in for repair with a quick turn around. I have been happy enough I ordered a 2nd unit.
