Any issue is willingly handled I got my first order, the gun's case was broken perhaps due to transportation, and it was almost split in a half and broke out but the gun is okay. Jay, the sale representative, gave me a store credit for my next purchase. This time I got another issue on my second order, the paint on gun's barrel was partly scratched off with unknown reason, Jay quickly worked it out and promised for a replacement as soon as he receives my return; I don't think his company intends to sell defective items but I could be unlucky enough to get a perfect merchandise. However, I'll update another review soon in a near future.
