GBBest service ever! I had ordered some fishing lures. They arrived quickly, however one was missing from the order. I emailed them, (over the weekend mind you) and much to my surprise they responded very quickly. They immediately refunded the money for the missing lure. Everyone is human and makes mistakes. They fixed, and fast. Customer service like this is very rare these days. Thank you, and please don’t change your ways!

Thought it was taking awhile to ship so I enquired about it; it was then sent and it arrived soon after. Good thing because we needed it in time for our next boat trip.
