I have only found animal lovers who have enjoyed their stay and taken great care of my dog. Considering the small subscription price, I cannot overstate how good it is that this platform exists. It makes me have hope in the world again!

Reliable customer service! Very pleased with the customer service and the insurance policy of Trusted Houssesitters. They actually do what they promise when a house sitter cancels with a short notice (less than 2 weeks before). They paid the fees for a professional kennel when my confirmed house sitter canceled due to an unpredictable event. I am glad that I chose the premium membership.

I'm blown away by this company I'm blown away by this company, they pull off having trustworthy house sitters and great home/pet owners where things work out really well and feel safe. I even had an incident where the u.s border saw this as work and the border agents created quite a problem for us and we couldn't get to our house sit, trusted house sitters worked things out with the pet/home owner so things worked out smoothly for them, and immediately contacted us to offer help and reassurance, they happen to have this same issue tackled and have documentation prepared. 10/10 business :)

TRUSTED HOUSE SITTERS=THE worst customer service. Do not expect help from customer service if you are a sitter. Its AI and off shore script readers. HORRIBLE customer service. I had a host try to rent to me. and another host's landlord upstairs, physcially and verbally abuse me and a few sits cancel last minute with responses from THS- like: " we understand the inconvenience" and encourage to look for other sitting opportunities on our site" Have you ever tried finding a 6 week sit in 24 hrs. People plan ahead. THS does not hold hosts liable. It's not a pet/housesitting service .. its a tech platform offering the service.

We have had the most wonderful… We have had the most wonderful experience with Trusted Housesitters. We have just had the most wonderful couple looking after our 3 dogs whilst we went on holiday. The website is easy to use and there are obviously loads of brilliant housesitters on there. It was easy to find a sitter, and the sitter was brilliant. And all the prompts from Trusted Housesitters in preparation for the stay were very helpful.
