I just ordered my first Guidebox. I just ordered my first Guidebox of many to come. From the start I received excellent customer service and updates on what stage my order was at and when it would be delivered. Once I received my box I was shocked by how much work went into it. So much information and knowledge is passed onto the angler. Thanks to Guidebox for creating a great product.

Very slow service Very slow service, Turnaround time was in excess of 3 weeks. Product was probably fine, but the delay between order processing and shipment was too long.

Quick delivery Quick delivery, pleasant experience. It was great to see how thought through the whole package could be. I'm excited to get out on the river and put it to the test.

Great Box! Great Box!! I love all the gear I get...The stickers are pretty cool too:) The real value comes on the website and the mobile site. Very informative. I really like the directions to the access points and the guide intel.
