Customer-Oriented is an Understatement! There was a delay in my order. I inquired if we could just cancel the order since it had been almost a week. Tim quickly contacted me and explained the situation and apologized. Rather than wait for the full order I elected for a partial order, which Tim provided a slight discount on and shipped it right out to me. This was above and beyond.He treated my small order with the same urgency and importance as if it was an order for 10,000. I am most impressed and appreciative.

I wanted 2000 rounds of 22 LR but the quantity I entered did not carry over to the cart and checkout page. Instead, the quantity was changed from 20 100 round boxes to 1, which I did not notice. As a result, I was charged $23.30 Including shipping) for 100 rounds of 22 LR. Tim noticed the order and contacted me personally by phone and made the order right.
