Good and not so good at answering enquiries. Their poducts are good value and free delivery over £15 is the best I know in the Fishing Tackle Business which is great especially as the products are not marked up to compensate (as on ebay or amazon for instance). Unfortunately, they are very late answering emails and they never answer the phone which is very annoying and frustrating. I'm sure they will lose business because of that. I have already had to go elsewhere for some items. There turnaround time is excellent. Hahaha maybe it is because they don't answer the phone. Maybe a little compromise might be good.

Sham Please before you place a order look up… Pi placed my order on 15 th October i emailed them4/5 times never got a response by phone or email tried calling them on the mobile number i found on their website no one ever answered tried for days lease before you place a order look up the building address on Google street view and look for a land line phone number you will not find one I placed a order in October a have just received a refund from my bank they never answer a mobile phone number or reply to any emails the website will catch you out as it did me tight lines & stay safe
