Super love this swearter Super love this comfortable warm sweater! Not too thick and not thin cheap material. Keeps you warm but not hot cause the thickness is just right enough to keep you warm but not too warm so it will not with stand under 30° but overall it will keep u warm as an everyday sweater. Will be definitely buying more. Highly recommend

No response I placed 2 orders with this company. One was received, one was not. When I attempted to contact them via email all I got in return was computer generated responses. I also attempted phone calls which were not answered. There is actually no real way to reach anyone in customer service. 2 months later still have not received 2nd package. After they read my review they did reach out and refund my money are they said they are still going to try to get the hat to me.

Scam artist...avoid at all costs. Ordered a hat from this "business". Here are the problems. First, it arrived in a bag and had completely lost it form and front of the hat was wrinkled to the point of disfiguring. Their excuse, is not using boxes to reduce the amount of waste. IT'S A HAT! Who wants a crushed hat? Second, as opposed to the misleading pictures on the website, the contrast of colors is weak, very weak, and the images are barely distinguishable even from a close distance. Thirdly, this hat is cheap from front to back, top to bottom. I complained and as expected from a company with zero honor, they said they would give me 30% off of my next order. I almost spit out my coffee. I would never order another thing from these rip off artists so how does that help? How about a full or partial refund on the custom order I am so dissatisfied with? Nope, they can't do that.

This is a scam This is a scam, Scam Scam. I ordered a bed cover back Mid Sept. Can't get anyone to tell me where my order is. I did get notified that the shipper has made a USPS tracking label which was done on Sept 20th still has not shipped. I should have known better but shame on me. I hope that writing this review will stop 100 people from ordering from them which will cost them 10 times what they stole from me. Don't order from this company U will lose your money.....

Received a beautiful Hoodie from my… Received a beautiful Hoodie from my daughter for Christmas that she bought from Clevefit. Unfortunately was not large enough. ( make sure you check their size charts) Contacted customer service and they were very helpful and prompt about how to exchange for the proper size. I would highly recommend their products.
