GBI ordered the queen size native wolf… I ordered the queen size native wolf bed set and 3xl hoodie and total cost was $146.98 and got a email saying it would be sent out soon.There was no tracking number or confirmation other then thanks for payment. The order was placed on aug 25th 2022. I emailed them regarding order and was told they would get back to me but haven't, i also called a few times and left a message on a answering machine that only peeped. I checked my mastercard bass pro shop account and saw that clevefit took out $172.09 which is not the amount advertised for total amount plus tax with free shipping. I took snap shots of transaction and will hold clevefit accountable for the fraudulent charge. I now want a total refund put back on my card do to clevefits dubious activity. There business practices are horrible. You can not get a hold of them.

GBI ordered a wolf blanket back on 8/31… I ordered a wolf blanket back on 8/31 /2022 this is 9/12 Have not gotten a email receipt or a order tracking number or my product. My order was for over a hundred dollars . I would think I could get some kind of notice or product by this time .

GBScam artist...avoid at all costs. Ordered a hat from this "business". Here are the problems. First, it arrived in a bag and had completely lost it form and front of the hat was wrinkled to the point of disfiguring. Their excuse, is not using boxes to reduce the amount of waste. IT'S A HAT! Who wants a crushed hat? Second, as opposed to the misleading pictures on the website, the contrast of colors is weak, very weak, and the images are barely distinguishable even from a close distance. Thirdly, this hat is cheap from front to back, top to bottom. I complained and as expected from a company with zero honor, they said they would give me 30% off of my next order. I almost spit out my coffee. I would never order another thing from these rip off artists so how does that help? How about a full or partial refund on the custom order I am so dissatisfied with? Nope, they can't do that.

GBI ordered two hats as Christmas… I ordered two hats as Christmas presents on November 30th and have yet to receive them. I've never even received an email from them. When I go to tracking it says that it has been order but nothing else. After almost 30 days it should have been delivered.

GBHappy customer! The quality of the items I ordered was amazing and they were beautiful! The personalization of the items were tastefully done. The shipping time is lengthy, but plan around it. I received all of my items except 1 prior to Christmas. Customer Service is very good as well. Overall, very pleased. I will order from thus company again.
