GBSame as everyone else Same as everyone else. Scanner doesn't do keystone correction either manual or automatic. Bad description of product

GBIt's a scam It's a scam. The products aren't branded, aren't capable of the specifications promised, are basically a con, and you will not get your money back. Avoid at all costs.

GBThis is a dual Nexcam / Evri review This is a dual Nexcam / Evri review. Both have let me downsignificantly. Ordered a £90 camera pre-Christmas (15th Dec) for delivery in 7 - 10 days. It shipped from China and arrived in the Evri Depot on 19th December. After many many mails, calls, using Evri's ridiculous tracking system I found out that the product has been lost. EVRI pushed me back to the sender. 4 e-mails, a customer care call line that didn't work, 2 Facebook messages later - no response from Nexcam. They are blatantly ignoring me. I am now minus a camera / projector and minus £90. Bought an XGMI Pro mini instead. Arrived in 3 days. Problem with first / second one replaced immediately!

DKSame bad experience… Unfortunately we have the same bad experience at others. The projector can't do "automate keystone correction". We have tried to email the company and phone. But there is no answer and the phone number does not exist. It was a christmas present for our daughter. So don't bye anything from the company.

GBPleased overall I read reviews here after I had purchased a projector and was waiting for delivery. Given how negative reviews were I thought I’d share my experience. It took around a month for the projector to arrive. I did contact Nexcam when tracking didn’t show dispatch. I did not get a reply but I did get a tracking update. When I was ordering I did not know the projector was coming from China. When it arrived, it looked exactly like the one I ordered except it has no branding on it. I couldn’t say whether it meets all of the specs given but I can say that I very pleased with it. The standard and vivid picture settings are a bit washed out when it comes to colour but you can get a very decent picture if you play around with user settings. I turned up saturation and turned down sharpening and contrast. The room needs to be a bit on the dim side but not dark for it to give a decent picture. We are using it now on a wall instead of the TV. As I said, I can’t discuss specs in any expert fashion as this is my first projector but my sense is that I would have to pay a lot more than I did (£170 for Nexcam Pro) to get this quality of experience. I do think there is a lack of communication from the company and I am suspicious of the lack branding and there is lack of transparency about where the projector was posted from. “Express delivery” is not fast but I did get updates when I prompted them. I have nonetheless given four stars for then result of a projector that does what 8 want it to at a price I could afford.
