I will be contacting the local police as well as my bank for fraud, my bank has it's own police that will track them down! Very sad that my grandson and I didn't ever get to use these he was so excited.

I purchased 4 of the swimbaits on june… I purchased 4 of the swimbaits on june 11, 2020 and still have not received anything but a run around. I have been speaking with Natasha Waters her email is Support@nationalanglingusa. Its a dot com address she is blaming it all on covid 19 slowing the mail down. Im receiving packages from china in half the time as this so its not the mail. I have requested a refund but nothing yet. What a rip off

In this past 2 months, I've had almost $55 AUD taken from my bank TWICE by NAA without my knowledge or consent as to what it was paying for let alone why the $ was taken?? I had to cancel my card & have to wait for a new one because of this theft by deception, most inconvenient for me!! I would like to finish on a question to whomever owns NAA... Who the hell do you think you are?? You offered a product that you didn't deliver, then help yourself to $ from customers bank account & still give nothing in return, I think you are just disgusting people & no different to a common thief...actually you're worse! Do Not Order from these thieves I ordered they immediately took my money..... and now my order is showing complete but I havent received my lures. I havent received any information about shipping either. Highly disappointed with my experience.
