Excellent service based on a package… Excellent service based on a package that went missing through shipping. In less than 5 minutes, they called me about a order 7 months ago and fixed it right away. It was quite a surprise, i wouldn't expect any shop to remedy a invoice that was from last year, but they did. Cody was awesome, and honestly, haven’t experienced that level of customer service for a while, if ever. What a kind group, will be sure to order from them for future hobbies, As rare as it is, logistical mistakes do happen. Whats even rarer is a shop willing to go the extra mile for complete strangers.
