A happy satisfied customer I had a very positive experience dealing with knifeworks. What impressed me the most was a employee named Carla. I was having vision problems and I couldn't see good enough to complete my order and when I called Carla took the extra time to help me and make sure my order was exactly right and the next time I ordered she answered when I called and she remembered me. Customer's are treated like family at knifeworks and today that is seldom the case. Knifeworks has great prices with a great selection and after my experience I will only be making my purchases at knifeworks the orders are mailed very quick as well. I couldn't ask for better service than what I got,

Defective lock out of the box. Y'all sold me a defective knife out the box. My mistake was not sending it back within your return period...even though the person I spoke to on the phone and explained my health was keeping me from doing anything outside of my house said it was okay to return it when i was better. Several seizures and hospitals later...I finally prevailed and am still alive. I tried sending it back for a fix and was told to try sending it to the manufacturer for help. I regret spend all the money I did with this company and have spent over 2k in knives in the past month. Never buying from this company again.

Save money and buy from Knifeworks. I have made several purchases from Knifeworks and the shipping is always super fast. Prices are generally better here than anywhere else especially Amazon. Laser engraving The knife I chose was a gift and I wanted it engraved. Upon check out it was easy to choose the script I liked best. I then left a note for someone to show me what the engraving would look like before it was actually done. One of the employees contacted me with a link to view it. I requested a slight change and was sent another link shortly with the changes that I requested and it looked great. When I received the knife I was very pleased!
