Pretty top notch! Great turnaround time! Records came sooner than advertised and looking great. Communication is always good with Solid Merch too. The only thing I would improve is outer sleeves could be a little thicker and colored vinyl seems to have the slightest surface noise this time around. Other than that, very true to the master that we sent. Quite satisfied:)

The final product I received is not… The final product I received is not what I agreed with. I even paid extra to have someone review the packaging. The color of the front and back cover do not match the cd, therefore it is not to my specifications. I submitted formatted artwork to your specifications, including an eight page booklet with pictures and lyrics, just for your company to completely change the color of the entire album. This is supposed to be a commercial release for my band, now we are stuck with 100 cd's that are not what I agreed with.
