Reliable Reliable. Found out I missed a few pins from pax unplugged and paid the extra premium cost to get the pins I wanted, but they had fast shipping

One of my favorite places to shop I am a huge fan of PinnyShop. I have had nothing but the best experiences with them. Always prompt shipping that even beats USPS delivery estimates 99% of the time. Looking forward to further business with them.

Mostly great. Will still order from them. The majority of the pins I ordered were wonderful. One of them (2014 LE PAX West) had a notable degree of the nickel plating on the top scraped/dinged off, which is a bit disappointing in a single, $60 pin.

Great company!! It's the little things I ordered some pins for my wife's birthday. I'm not as familiar with these pins and found four I thought she would like -they seemed to go together. After buying the pins I got an email that my order was updated... Apparently they sell these as a set for a little discount (something I didn't see at the time) instead of just keeping the order as it was they gave me the bundled price! It wasn't a huge price difference but the fact that they went out of their way to give me that price showed that they actually care about having a good experience. While I don't collect these pins I will be sure to buy here for when I get something for my wife (I know she'll be excited when she opens them up)
