So this one time at Pax Unplugged.... So I didn't intend on getting into enamel pin collecting... Pinny or not. However, upon waiting in line this year for the Pax Unplugged 2023 jacket, a nice gentleman named Justin from Seattle who worked for Alexandria RPG Library started chatting to me and convinced me with his impressive collection. In addition- he gave me two pins to start off so I could trade one in (the other I told him looked super cool so he gave that one to me to keep (it was the Rock cassette tape from the 2023 set)). He said someone long ago gave him pins to start off his collection, and now he's paying it forward. After buying my items I wanted (plus a bunch of pins of course), I went over to swap in a pin and BOOM! Golden Cassette Pin! So with the rarest one in my pocket, as well as the Rock one, I wanted to finish out the set and this website came in to fulfill that wish! I cannot express to you how happy the creators here made me for having them here on this shop. ESPECIALLY for (what feels like to me) a reasonable price! I'm not proud of how much I ended up spending on pins that weekend, but you know what? I'll never forget this, and it'll be a fun story to tell people for years to come! I'll be shopping around here VERY soon to finish off a few other sets I have on my board as well... Soon I'll be moving back to Oregon, and I hope I run into him again at Pax West and thank him. Of course- I plan on continuing to collect pins- but this time from Pax West, AND Pax Unplugged when I visit my friends in Philly!

Good Service I've bought from pinny shop before and just bought from them again, ships fast and you always get what you paid for. My most recent order was a set of staff pins that were on sale for a decent price and two other pins, both 6$ but one was on sale for 5$, I grabbed both to put my order over the free shipping threshold and because I wanted them. For whatever reason later that day I check the website again and see one of the two extra pins, but the price is now just 5$, no sale, I check the other one because I'm a bit confused and it's also 5$, they dropped the price down right after I purchased my order. I lost a whole dollar but it left a weird enough taste in my mouth to bother writing this. Edited: Got my dollar refunded, probably should have just contacted customer support in the first place but I will leave the review up for clarity and to say I appreciate the fast customer service.

Most satisfying shopping experience ever This was perhaps the most satisfying shopping experience I've ever had. No only was it easy to find what I was looking for but it took less than 6 minutes for my order to be ready to ship. My fast food orders regularly take several times longer to prep.
