Great company!! It's the little things I ordered some pins for my wife's birthday. I'm not as familiar with these pins and found four I thought she would like -they seemed to go together. After buying the pins I got an email that my order was updated... Apparently they sell these as a set for a little discount (something I didn't see at the time) instead of just keeping the order as it was they gave me the bundled price! It wasn't a huge price difference but the fact that they went out of their way to give me that price showed that they actually care about having a good experience. While I don't collect these pins I will be sure to buy here for when I get something for my wife (I know she'll be excited when she opens them up)

Would prefer that it be sandwiched between something hard, like extra cardboard, to keep the original cardstock flat inside the bubble mailer. No issues this time but could easily have bent if shoved into a small mailbox. Thanks!

Good Service I've bought from pinny shop before and just bought from them again, ships fast and you always get what you paid for. My most recent order was a set of staff pins that were on sale for a decent price and two other pins, both 6$ but one was on sale for 5$, I grabbed both to put my order over the free shipping threshold and because I wanted them. For whatever reason later that day I check the website again and see one of the two extra pins, but the price is now just 5$, no sale, I check the other one because I'm a bit confused and it's also 5$, they dropped the price down right after I purchased my order. I lost a whole dollar but it left a weird enough taste in my mouth to bother writing this. Edited: Got my dollar refunded, probably should have just contacted customer support in the first place but I will leave the review up for clarity and to say I appreciate the fast customer service.

Lots of Variety and Fast Shipping Honestly, I am very satisfied. There is a lot of variety for PAX pin collectors and it took less than a week for me to receive my pins. Some pins don't come with the original package so if that matters to you, just keep that in mind.
