GBLooking to Liquidate a Coin Collection I inherited a coin collection unexpectedly, and did not know how to exchange it for its cash value. I looked into local appraisers and coin shops but the amount they were willing to pay was disappointing. My father got a surprise cancer diagnosis that evolved rapidly, and he was so stressed about what would happen to his beloved coin collection. He had several boxes full of coins he had collected over decades, and all of our local shops asked us to organize everything and lug it into their stores. That’s the last thing our family had time for!
