Books arrive crumpled and bent due to… Books arrive crumpled and bent due to packaging in way too large thin cardboard-type packaging that gets bent and crumpled in transit, thereby bending and crumpling the book. I had been excited to have another option other than amazon, but am back to amazon after three wrinkled shipments!
