Instructions were unclear on how to use product. I emailed & got a quick response. Talked to representative & all was resolved quickly by a very knowledgeable & kind representative. We thought we were ordering 4 flags to… We thought we were ordering 4 flags to decorate our event tent, but received 4 12-packs of flags. Should be more clear on Web page.
