My order said it was shipped on April… My order said it was shipped on April 1st, but when I check the tracking with FedEx it says that only a label was created and that they never received the package from you. I've reached out 5 times already about this issue. The 1st 2 times I was told to give it a few more days. Then I was told that my order would be REPLACED and shipped out ASAP, but that never happened. Then I was told my case would be sent up as "priority status" but I never heard anything back. I was told to contact again on April 29th, only to find out the chat option isn't available. What am I supposed to do about my order? I preordered the signed Rhonda Rousey book and it is currently sold out. I feel like this issue could've been resolved the FIRST time I contacted you about it, but here we are, and I'm STILL getting the run around.

You did everything right from start to finish. You did everything right from start to finish. It was easy to place my order and you packaged my order perfectly. I depend on my daughter to pick up my mail every Friday. The post office delivered the order to the mailbox several days prior to Friday and it had unfortunately rained a few days in the interim. The package was soaked! However, you had wrapped the book in plastic and it wasn't harmed. I was truly impressed. Thank you for using common sense and planning ahead for the worst case scenerio.

Beyond pleased with my book and the packaging and protection of it was on point! Will buy again!

1st time buyer I normally do not buy online items as I am not a very trusting individual of companies who sell on the internet. I really wanted Becky Lynch’s bio , so I took the chance and I will say I was impressed with PC. The book came in a heavy box, wrapped in plastic and the book itself was in a plastic bag for further protection and it was delivered within days of being available. It came with the signature page and a COA. There are no damages to the book or its sleeve/ cover. Everything is in mint condition. I give this company two thumbs up and two high fives! I will be buying from them again!
