Continuous email contact until package was delivered. Processing time slower than most Suppliers, but you the website does give you the date of what orders are being processed.

Scents are top tier Scents are out of stock often, and I paid for a 1oz scent per month and never received them. It would be nice to have sales, discounts, or coupon codes. However, I must say that the scents are definitely top tier, strong (not overwhelming) in candles, soaps, body & bath products.
