The description was accurate and we do… The description was accurate and we do love the shoes. The price was too high for used shoes, but we were desperate … so I do feel a smidge taken advantage of … i also appreciate you making these available = conflicted. I would recommend re-selling used a few dollars under retail clearance prices.

Every order has exceeded expectation Every order has exceeded expectation. I've been so happy with all my purchases. Just wish they'd update Facebook.

Great Experience I have ordered from SecondSale several times and each shipment arrives in a timely manner, and in the condition expected. Packages are well done…nothing has been damaged in transit. One order I did have to return and the process was smooth and painless. Great site…great service.

Great Books With a Side Note I loved getting my books at such a great price. The only issue was two personal notes in the front of one of the books where it was given as a present. I just didn’t expect that as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Always pleased with my purchases When I order books from SecondSale, they arrive extremely fast in my opinion. The condition, too, matches what I ordered, so there are no surprises. I purchase my books from them because it's easier than searching the thrift store. Also, my Half Priced Books store cannot compete with their prices.
