I sent in a perfectly good textbook… I sent in a perfectly good textbook that I had purchased brand new one year prior. It had no highlighting in it, or torn pages. It was in perfect condition. I received an email saying it was not usable and it would be recycled. No further explanation was given. No pictures Were provided. The book was not returned and no money was received. I will not be using your service again

These people are cheapskates These people are cheapskates. Sent a Library bound, great copy of a book and they deducted it from what they paid me saying it was in bad shape, not to mention the two others i sent that they deducted because of the same thing, how convenient that they were the most expensive pay outs. Of course I have nothing to prove the condition so I can't fight it. All I can do is warn people against them.
