The food was going for triple the price on eBay if you could even find it. Yow Pets’ delivery time was a little long but the package arrived when promised with good tracking notices and the price was not inflated.

Not only do they offer great prices for the products they offer however their customer service is mine one of the best! When placing an online order I accidentally missed selecting the free shipping option. A quick phone call the next day they’re able to timely resolve by refunding the shipping charge back. I dare you to find better customer service I had mistakenly put the wrong street number in the address for auto delivery. The person that got the order called to let Yowpets know there was an error. Customer service immediately reached out to me and asked that I contact them to clarify the issue. They were able to provide me with the phone number of the person who received the order so I could make it right. I’ve never experienced such thorough customer service. I’m 1,000,000% sold on Yowpets. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Their prices are even lower than those of my local tack store so, that is another plus….
