I have bought a few items from this… I have bought a few items from this site and always get exactly as they say and show! On one of my orders there was damage to the item and after contacting them they got right to the let’s fix this solution! And they went up and beyond on fixing the item! I was given a full refund and they are sending a replacement at no charge and told me I could keep the original item free of charge! Not a lot of company’s do that! The end result was excellent and they kept me informed the whole time while fixing! The autograph was as expected The autograph was as expected, however the frame arrived broken. They refunded my money for the frame and sent me a replacement. However the frame was still low quality and not what I expected for a $750.00 autographed memorabilia.
