NLDefected after a month and no costumer service I ordered 2 lightsabers neopixels from this company. They looked awesome at the beginning, but 1 stopped working after a month. I tried to contact costumer service to solve it but I did not heard from them. It was like throwing almost 200 euros. I give 2 starts because at least the other one works, so it is a 50% success rate in my experience. Now I see how they put more effort in answering bad reviews in this site than in their costumer service. My advice, find another company. There are others with better reviews. I fell for this one because they looked cool on TikTok and didn't make the proper research.

DEI won’t buy from anyone else! Ever since I discovered Tatooine Lightsabers around a year ago after trying a few saber companies with not so great experiences I have never looked back. Fair prices, great shipping, large variety of sabers as well as extras as well as merch. The staff are lovely people and so easy to get hold of. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I am using their lightsabers in a Star Wars fan film I am doing because of the quality, durability and they just look awesome. Quality is with Tatooine Lightsabers.

DKCostumer service (almost) zero. Product does not work. Got a saber as a present from my kids. Didn`t work. Wrote to them attacing a video of the problem following The procedure on their website. Nothing has happened. Written three times. Still nothing has happened. My advice is do not shop With them. UPDATE August and september: heard from them (after leaving this review on Trustpilot). Sent them what they wanted including ordernumber and receipt. Since then all but silence. It is correct, that I’m not a customer since the produkt was a gift wich I never denied.

USProbably will not order from them again… The entire experience was frustrating and a little misleading. It took forever (almost a month) to get my full order after numerous attempts to email them. What was supposed to be fun for me and my family became frustrating. My Saber came as described. My families sabers did not. It wasn't until I disputed the charge with my bank when they finally got their act together and sent me my full order.

USInstructions come on a business card… Instructions come on a business card and do not explain all the advertised features. Still cannot figure out the gesture controls or SD card customization. Customer service is unresponsive. I’m not sure if they sent the correct model that I paid for. Other than that, the hilt is high quality and it looks great in use.
