GBBad customer service Pokenest never sent the products I paid for, this has been confirmed by eBay and usps. Then pokenest says I shouldve paid for the insurance for a product that was never mailed. This type of customer service is laughable. I suppose i shouldve looked into this guy before ordering and his previous companies trendpoke and poketees. Alot of similar complaints. Im just happy i only placed a small order. Couldve been worse i guesse. As far as him claiming he went out of his way to refund me, completely false. After months of back and forth I have gone through my credit card company to dispute the charge, so this is how ill get my refund. This guy cant stop lying and all over 69 bucks. Best of luck to anyone looking to order through pokenest.

GBProduct as expected, very helpful Had some shipping/delivery issues but they were very responsive and ended up helping me get the shipment issues sorted out. Product arrived safely. Couldn't be happier with the outcome as it could have been terrible!
