Check out their awful customer service… I never received my preordered premium mew collection box, I contacted them after 2 weeks of the tracking never updating. Felt Tristan from pokenest was making it my problem something went wrong with shopping. Was told to create a lost package claim through the carrier against felt this wasn't my problem but pokenest made it my problem. that got rejected by the carrier I contacted them against after 30 days and still no update. was told of receive new tracking info by 11/8. Still haven't received any. Edit- this review is on my order number 5586 to which I have not receive it and I have not received updates tracking as I was promised. Edit they threatened to blacklist me because I want a refund, tracking still hasn't updated since Oct 6th and says awaiting package meaning they never brought it to usps

I ordered a subscription on October 14 I ordered a subscription on October 14. It is now November 17th And still no cards. My credit card was charged for the last two months and received nothing. Customerservice is very poor. I have a total of seven emails to him and only one response asked to cancel my subscription a few times and never heard back still today. No cards.
