Really great seller for 3rd and 4th party Transformers and Gundams I have been ordering from Show Z for many years and always had positive experience. Before it used to take longer for shipment but lately, it seems to come much quicker even from overseas. Just received 2 packages which was ordered approximate less than 2 weeks prior. As always packages are always protected. I’ve accumulated so many corner protector that it’s become part of my collection. Over the years, it’s been many thousand of dollars spent but now I really have to be very selective on what I purchase because of space. Very reliable online store.

Terrible Terrible! Had issues with a wheeljack sent pictures they offered me 5.00 and no replacement. They wanted me to send them an unboxing video to determine if my claim was legit? Filed a paypal claim got my money back.

They do what they can to help protect the shipping box from the carrier system during transit by using plastic corner protectors on all packages along with double layer cardboard that's heavily taped up. I'm fairly certain the corner protectors have helped save at least two of my orders from more prominent crushed box damage in transit, to no fault of the business.

I know that if anything goes wrong, they will try their best to compensate. They are also very active on social media and often give away store credit and offer limited deals. Shipping is also relatively fast; all my packages have arrived in about 2 weeks.

World class collectable-robot shop I've been using ShowZStore for years and have yet to be dissatisfied. I'm talking $25,000 USD+ of plastic robots and other various nonsense. I understand there can be issues, but I don't see where the 1 star reviews are coming from. They've got great customer support and have an active presence on TFW2005.COM in the 3rd party forum, as well as in their own Discord server.
