Zero customer service Made a mistake on my order, wrote them an email before the comics were shipped. Asked if the comic I had ordered erroneously could be replaced by the one I actually wanted. The answer was no, their automated system did not allow for any changes to me made after ordering. Wow. Horrific customer service. Or the company is being run by machines.

One of the best online comic shops! My Comic Shop is by far one of the best online comic shops I hav ever been too. There orders are always perfect! Comics are just as described, are shipped quickly and packed with great care. The website is intuitive and has comic books organized by either title or series/run. It is awesome!

Organized Organized. Efficient. I’m so pleased with being able to get notifications of when books become available in stock. The speed at which my orders are picked and shipped is impressive. The different choices for shipping are numerous and affordable. The grading system for the books is spot on and very helpful along with the information of each book; artist, writer, cameos etc.
