GBMorRyde Equalizers for Wide Trax Tandem axle RV I wanted suspension equalizers for my wide trax tandem axle travel trailer and after much research, decided to go with MorRyde. Once I provided requested measurements and told exactly what to order, I was referred to both Tweety's and eTrailer by the MorRyde customer service rep. eTrailer wanted $80 more for the same set of equalizers than Tweety's. And it would take 3-4 weeks to get them. So, I ordered from Tweety's. They arrived in about a week and I saved $80. I had them installed this week and the improvement in overall towing of the RV is quite noticeable. This is an excellent upgrade. Thanks.

GBThe customer service from Tweetys is exceptional. The customer service from Tweetys is simply unheard of. I cannot remember the last time that I contacted a customer service department by phone, and got a response in under TWO minutes, and by a real person! They addressed my concerns in a very professional and positive manner. They accepted a return of damaged goods without questioning it. They exceeded my expectations with very courteous and fast responses, and fast shipping. All of that, and the lowest prices I could find. I could not be more pleased.

BZCalled to check stock on an order… Called to check stock on an order before I placed the order. They said they didn't have in in the warehouse but Morryde drop ships to customer, and advised me to call Morryde directly , which I did. Morryde said they did have them in stock and could drop ship the item directly to me once they received the order. I then placed the order online , then got an email that said backorder for 30-45 days from a person named ROLLY. He then proceeded to tell me the warehouse timing not drop ship timing, total waste of over an hour on the phone with poor customer service and cancelled the order and will not ever order from this company again
