Prompt and great customer service Bought a book for my daughter, but months later when I reviewed my statement I saw that charge, but I didn't recognize it. I wrote to customer service. Customer service responded immediately. Nathan tracked down the charge and reported it to me. Customer service does not get better than that. Now that I like them so much I am going to figure out how to play CD's in my car that doesn't have a CD player. I love audio books and stopped listening when I got this car. Time to start listening again. Some great choices available.

Excellent Customer Support What triggered me to leave a 5 star review was the rapid reaction of Bryan from customer support who not only answered during the Holidays but also resolved a bug with the technical team regarding to an audiobook that was causing an issue that I kept getting logged out when I was opening “My Library” and thus I couldn’t download or access my library. I am a client since August 2022. I am satisfied with the portfolio of audio books and I frequently buy audio books because they are downloadable and easy to put on my waterproof mp3 player while I swim or while I commute.

Highly recommended I listen to audiobooks a lot and as I don't like the idea behind Audible, I searched for an alternative. And found it! Easy access, a wide selection, most of the books can be downloaded and listen to on the device of your choice. The reviews that can often be found below can be helpful, if you're not sure if a book is your cup of tea. Highly recommended!

Most are fantastic easy interface … Most are fantastic easy interface sometimes downloads are lengthy and gapped needing to be restarted multiple times also missing or skipping parts in books are disappointing Outher wise I highly recommend them I have over 8000 titles on CD and MP3 And I love this
