GBGreat experience I was recently shopping for a new ultralight backpacking tent. It was expensive, to me, at nearly $400. After searching around for a few days, I had found it at campman a fair amount cheaper than anywhere else. I was hesitant to order, since I knew nothing about this site, and couldn't find many reviews. Well, after obtaining a discount coupon for an even bigger savings, I ordered my tent from campman. It shipped for free, went out the next day (i ordered at lunchtime) and made it to my doorstep within a week. They kept me very well informed throughout the process by email. The tent is perfect and I got it SIGNIFICANLTLY cheaper than anywhere else. I would most certainly shop with campman again, and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

GBSuperior experience Camp man provides a superior experience With regard to customer service and shipping. I gave very confusing orders requesting two different glove sizes and an additional glove. Chris helped me with the exchanges. Additionally when I was debating between different gloves to purchase in the first place I was given excellent guidance as to which gloves would be best for each activity. Campman knows their stuff and is ready to help.

GBIf I could give 6 stars I would What a great company. I ordered toddler mittens for my little guy for Christmas. I was unfortunately sent the wrong color. When I called to have it corrected, I was offered the choice of trading it for the right color, or keeping the one they'd sent me for free! Now that's great customer service. His exact words were, "We'd rather be the highlight of Christmas than the lowlight." Mission accomplished. Thanks, Campman.com!
