They tried to blame Campman, but I contacted them directly and learned Amazon was the problem. So, I ordered directly through Campman and their service was great. They even upgraded my delivery due to the inconvenience I had already experienced.

GBIf I could give 6 stars I would What a great company. I ordered toddler mittens for my little guy for Christmas. I was unfortunately sent the wrong color. When I called to have it corrected, I was offered the choice of trading it for the right color, or keeping the one they'd sent me for free! Now that's great customer service. His exact words were, "We'd rather be the highlight of Christmas than the lowlight." Mission accomplished. Thanks, Campman.com!

GBGreat Customer Service and Great Prices! Some the best prices I've found on top quality gear, and the customer service is top notch. Only issue I had (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was that ONTRAC was used for shipping. Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. CAMPMAN immediately took responsibility for ONTRACs' failure and got me a new shipment out via UPS. CAMPMAN will absolutely be one of my top stops for outdoor gear.
