Fast and Friendly Amazon made a mistake on my order and Chris, at CampMan, was quick to get it fixed. I'll be working directly with CampMan from now on. The Coaxsher radio chest Pro model works great with my small urban search and rescue pack. For wilderness search, when I have a larger back pack, I use the smaller Coaxsher Scout model. It fits better with the Osprey AG.

Great Product, Great Customer Service The Big Agnes Sleeping bag arrived in 5-7 business days just like it was supposed too. Can't wait to try it out this weekend. Also, while in route, another website offered the same product for $60 less. I called customer service and they credited me $60. Great customer service Found a scarce , highly rated pair of bibs...got confused in ordering, company rep handled it all over phone and expidited shipping due to confusion(all on my part). Bibs arrived quickly and are perfect fit! Hadn't heard of campman before....now in my favorite links.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices! Some the best prices I've found on top quality gear, and the customer service is top notch. Only issue I had (and reason for 4 stars instead of 5) was that ONTRAC was used for shipping. Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. CAMPMAN immediately took responsibility for ONTRACs' failure and got me a new shipment out via UPS. CAMPMAN will absolutely be one of my top stops for outdoor gear.
