Lack of communication.. I am putting 4 stars for delivery time & lack of communication. They had emailed me a week after my order placement stating they would ship in before the end of the week or sooner due to being in a process of a new office building.After a whole month of no contact i got it shipped. The product was in great condition though.

Never received product after paying I paid for the product but it was never delivered, the first time I made a claim I was told that it would be shipped immediately, and not to make a claim through PayPal. A few weeks later, the second time I contacted the seller I was told that they were out of town and they couldn’t give me an answer.

Excellent customer service and quick to… Excellent customer service and quick to respond always. I placed an order here about a week ago, got my package in 2 days, and it had an extra gift in it. I love the packaging and they really do take care to make sure the assays stay in good shape. Would definitely shop here again and recommend them to all my friends and fellow diecast collectors. Looking forward to them getting huge! Don’t hesitate. They are 100% legitimate!
