Went from 1* to 5*. Insist on the issues and they fix it I have purchased a song and while the music and artist were great, the lyrics lacked creativity. The customer support told me I could change 8 lines, 4 included and 4 at an extra charge. When I insisted I needed to change much more than that they agreed to allow me to send the full revised lyrics via email and redo the song. After doing that the song was perfect and I’m really happy with the outcome! Songfinch turned a bad experience into a great one, which I think they try to do for everyone as long as you express what’s wrong and insist on the issues.

Honestly Honestly, I liked what the song overall expressed, but it needed some editing. The company has yet to respond about their editing site not working, and this song about to be finial. If we’re able to make it right, I love it…. If not… well I like it, but it doesn’t live up to the cost, nor intention. Unless someone “anyone reaches back out to me” Save your money, unless you want to pay for a half-hearted song.
