Paw Seat is Perfect! Delivery was quick. Paw seat was exactly as described and fits our 7.5 lb Poochon perfectly. She feels secure in it and we are happy knowing she is safe! Wonderful product!

SO DISSAPOINTED I received a PawSeat as a puppy shower gift for my soon to be new puppy. The person that bought it for me did not open it when he received it and wrapped it as a gift. We decided to open it a couple of weeks before we got the puppy and discovered there was no safety straps included. No way to connect it to the head rests. Both myself and the person that bought it contacted the company. Apparently we were 2 days late after the purchase date and the company never bothered to even respond to either of us. We weren't trying to return it.We were just trying to get the straps that were supposed to come with it. This is absolutely useless now and a huge waste of money. Horrible customer service. Like none at all.. I was going to buy a couple more of these for our other vehicles but forget that.

I placed an order for PawSeat… I placed an order for PawSeat and was so excited to get it! The quality is top-notch and it was super easy to assemble. Unfortunately, my 12 lbs baby was too long for it, but he certainly did enjoy being up on the arm rest! We both loved it as a tote, but the reality is that it was just too narrow for him and also too hot (not very breathable). The customer service is superb though, and they promptly issued a partial refund (as I didn't have the original packaging anymore). I would definitely order another product from them, and I would still recommend the PawSeat to others with smaller dogs (under 7lbs or so).
