Great Customer Service, Interface, & Pricing! - Very easy user interface. - Outstanding customer service! I needed to fix a small glitch in my survey. On a Sunday no less, Ognjen (a.k.a. David) Ugljenovic not only fixed the issue, but took extra time to make sure I fully understood some of the features. He went over and above to make sure I was happy with the survey I created. - The price is right (and lower than Survey Monkey, which I used last time I needed to create a survey, but they increased their prices out of my range.)

One of the best Survey websites I've used. Firstly, the team behind this site is really great and helpful. During their work hours they respond really quick via email and have a process where you can book in a tutorial on how to use their membership features. I used this site to carry out research for my dissertation. I found the interface and layout to be really simple, easy to use, and when I had a query they were extremely quick to respond and help me out. A big shoutout to Dave on the email responses who's been so helpful. Great team, great service. Highly recommend!
