Communication needs work.... on shipping delivery Satisfy with product and insured shipping but i needed to know when items were shipped and expected day of delivery.. was told on two different orders, i would be notify. No one ever contacted me.... 10-12 days after i place order my shipment arrives and No one home.. Post office had to hold for several days until i return home.. Good thing post office didn't just leave in mail box.. Camino requires a signature for delivery.... which was good... but communication on date shipped ( even a text or email ) with tracking would have been better. I could have made sure ...i was home for delivery.

I used this company for many years and… I used this company for many years and most of the people that I dealt with are no longer there. The newer crew is complete opposite of the responsive, helpful and communicative individuals that they replaced. I had called many times with no person answering and never return my left message. I also left messages on their website and never got a response. I no longer have no reason to every attempt to deal with them again.
